CHE Behavioral Health Services in California is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinician-led, APA-approved behavioral health team. Work Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM with no nights or on-call; build a consistent caseload and determine treatment plans.

Bring MSN in PMH, ANCC PMHNP certification, active DEA license, and 2+ years of psychotropic experience. We offer salary range of $100,000–$180,000, benefits, and options for fee-for-service or salaried arrangements.

Qualifications

• MSN in Psychiatric/Mental Health and PMHNP certification.
• Active ANCC PMHNP certification required.
• DEA license active.
• 2+ years of psych experience required; 3–5 years for FNPPs considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff).
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases.
