Job summary

Ashland University’s Dwight Schar College of Nursing and Health Sciences seeks an Adjunct PMHNP Coordinator to provide leadership and oversight for the PMHNP track within the graduate program. The role collaborates with the Director of Graduate Nursing Programs to develop, implement, and revise the PMHNP curriculum.

The position supports accreditation efforts, participates in student recruitment, plans on-campus experiences to meet professional standards, and cultivates external partnerships

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required (DNP or PhD).
• Current Ohio RN licensure and PMHNP certification.
• PMHNP credentialing in Ohio and active professional practice recommended.
• Transcripts evidencing academic preparation and recertification CE.
• Membership in professional organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the PMHNP track within the graduate program.
• Collaborate with the Director of Graduate Nursing Programs on curriculum development and revision.
• Assist in evaluating the PMHNP track and preparing accreditation reports.
• Participate in PMHNP student recruitment activities and planning.
• Develop orientation and on-campus experiences to meet professional competencies.
• Coordinate with the Graduate Nursing Placement Coordinator on clinical needs and placement quality.
• Build relationships with external partners.
