Job summary

Rula Health is seeking licensed PMHNPs to join its network as independent contractors (1099). The role requires an active California license, PMHNP certification, and experience in high-volume psychiatric care.

You will benefit from Rula's credentialing, billing, and marketing support while delivering high-quality care via telehealth. Compensation is per session for initial evaluations and follow-ups, with additional pay for add-on services, and payments processed bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted California license and valid DEA number.
• 1+ year PMHNP experience with assessment, diagnosis, triage, medication management and crisis care.
• Independent licensure or collaborative arrangement as required by state law.
• PMHNP-BC or PMHNP-C certification by ANCC or AANPCB.
• Registered with state PMP.
• No adverse actions or license restrictions in past 3 years.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments including diagnostic workups and treatment planning with medication management.
• Care for individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Access and utilize the EHR & telehealth platform.
• Receive support from Care Coordination teams.
• Offer 1 hour initial consultations and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Rula handles credentialing, billing and marketing so you can focus on patient care.
