Job summary

Rula Health is seeking certified PMHNPs with a California license to join our contracted provider network as an independent contractor. Rula handles marketing, credentialing, billing, and compliance so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

You’ll conduct diagnostic assessments, manage treatment plans, and provide telehealth psychiatry. Flexible scheduling, guaranteed pay protections, and bi-weekly payments support a sustainable practice while you help patients access mental health

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license and valid DEA in CA.
• 1+ years as PMHNP with mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, medication management, crisis handling.
• Independent licensure or collaboration as required by state law.
• ANCC PMHNP-BC or AANPCB PMHNP-C certification.
• PMP registration in CA.
• No suspension or adverse actions in the past 3 years.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in PMH nursing.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments including diagnostic workups and treatment planning.
• Manage mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Access and use our EHR & telehealth platform.
• Receive support from Care Coordination teams.
• Host 1-hour initial consultations and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing.
