Job summary

Lumera Healthcare, LLC in Paducah, Kentucky seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) to join a growing outpatient behavioral health team. The provider will deliver high-quality psychiatric care to adults in a 100% outpatient setting, with MAT services and a strong interest in interventional treatments such as TMS, Spravato, and ketamine infusions.

Ideal candidates have MAT training/experience, KY APRN licensure, and a minimum of two years with adults 18+.

Qualifications

• Current PMHNP-BC certification.
• Current or eligible Kentucky APRN licensure.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adult patients 18+.
• MAT training and/or experience, with ability to provide MAT services.
• Experience or interest in treating geriatric patients with mental health needs.
• Willingness to learn interventional treatments including TMS, Spravato, Ketamine infusions.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Deliver Medication-Assisted Treatment services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and patient communication.
• Participate in ongoing development of interventional treatment options.
