Job summary

LightHeart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team. You’ll provide psychiatric assessment, pharmacologic management, and collaborate with therapists to deliver integrated care.

Board certification in psych and state licensure are required; PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych is preferred. Competitive benefits, flexible schedule, and opportunities in interventional psychiatry are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Behavioral health experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required).
• Outpatient setting experience (preferred).
• Lifespan care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians delivering psychotherapy services.
• Deliver interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.

Education
