Qualifications

• Active Kentucky licensure in one of the listed credentials is required.
• Experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred.
• Outpatient mental health experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met.
• Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed.
• Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations.
• Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultation as indicated.
