Lumera Healthcare, LLC in Paducah, Kentucky seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) to join a growing outpatient behavioral health team. The provider will deliver high-quality psychiatric care to adults in a 100% outpatient setting, with MAT services and a strong interest in interventional treatments such as TMS, Spravato, and ketamine infusions.

Ideal candidates have MAT training/experience, KY APRN licensure, and a minimum of two years with adults 18+.

Formación

• Current PMHNP-BC certification.
• Current or eligible Kentucky APRN licensure.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adult patients 18+.
• MAT training and/or experience, with ability to provide MAT services.
• Experience or interest in treating geriatric patients with mental health needs.
• Willingness to learn interventional treatments including TMS, Spravato, Ketamine infusions.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified (PMHNP-BC)

Location: Paducah, Kentucky | Full-Time | Outpatient

Lumera Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing behavioral health team in Western Kentucky.

We are looking for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and is comfortable working with a diverse adult patient population. The ideal candidate will have experience or training in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and an interest in expanding their knowledge of innovative and interventional psychiatric treatments.

At Lumera, you will have the opportunity to practice in a 100% outpatient setting with no hospital calls, nights, or weekends while working alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

What We’re Looking For

• Current PMHNP-BC certification
• Current or eligible Kentucky APRN licensure
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adult patients ages 18 and older
• MAT training and/or experience, with the ability and interest to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment services
• Experience or a strong interest in treating geriatric patients with mental health needs
• Willingness to learn and participate in interventional psychiatric treatments, including:
  • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
  • Spravato® (esketamine)
  • Ketamine infusions
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining appropriate clinical autonomy
