Job summary

You will provide day‑to‑day leadership for the PM team and ensure work is prioritized and completed to support equipment reliability.

• Direct the repair of molding machines and automated equipment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, upgrades, and downtime tasks.
• Lead the MM department as Front-Line Leader.
• Maximize machine uptime with production alignment.
• Maintain spare parts readiness and plan repairs.
• Monitor and close out PM work orders.
• Mentor team members and pursue training opportunities.
• Ensure safety leadership and enforce Amcor standards.
