Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Team Leader to direct maintenance operations, coordinate repairs and upgrades, and drive safety initiatives. You will lead the PM team day-to-day, prioritize work, and align activities to support equipment reliability and business goals.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong leadership, and hands-on maintenance experience in a production setting. You will work on the shop floor with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve machine

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Dependable with a good work history and taking responsibility.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; good leadership qualities.
• Training provided by qualified trainer; capable of physical mobility (up to 75 lbs).
• Must have 20/20 vision with correction and color differentiation to detect defects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the repair of molding machines and automated equipment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, upgrades, and downtime tasks.
• Lead the MM Department as Front-Line Leader and coordinate with production.
• Maintain spare parts levels and plan repairs and upgrades.
• Close out work orders in PM systems and ensure task completion.
