The Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, CO is seeking a PM Sous Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen duties, run the line during service and ensure closing standards. This role requires culinary leadership experience and a strong service mindset in a dynamic hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Creative menu planning to adjust to guest needs.
• Check quality of food deliveries.
• Order all food and cleaning supplies and maintain proper stock levels.
• Maintain costs within budget levels.
• Manage labor costs, schedules and productivity.
• Hiring, coaching and disciplining direct reports.
• Interact positively with guests to resolve issues.
• Acting as Manager on Duty as required.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
