Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurants General Manager for Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, CO. You will oversee front-of-house operations, lead service teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years food and beverage management in a similar size operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurants/Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve food and beverage objectives.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages with safety and hygiene compliance.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive environment for staff and guests.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
