Job summary

FleetLogix is seeking a Site Supervisor in Denver, CO to provide second-line supervision for Vehicle Service Agents, Drivers/Transporters and Leads. The role supports the Site Manager with performance, scheduling and mentoring while ensuring adherence to company policy and safety.

The position offers either part-time or full-time employment, competitive pay at $22.50 per hour, and health benefits when eligible.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum hiring age and possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test.
• Ideal candidates have open availability, a strong work ethic and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Site Manager as a second layer of supervision for site employees.
• Manage employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and guidance per job standards.
• Coach, mentor and, when needed, cover for the Site Manager on days off.
• Interact with customers and attend customer meetings as required.
• Maintain strong internal and external customer service and ensure safety and compliance.

Position Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.

• Create a consistent flow of communicate from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks.
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.
• Cover driver/transporters, leads and VSA’s when needed to fulfill customer needs.
• Interact with customer and attend meetings with customer as needed.
• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Monitor employees to make sure they are staying on task and performing their jobs safely.
• Observe and provide guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.
• Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary.

Qualifications
