Job summary

FleetLogix, Inc. in Ronkonkoma, NY is seeking a Driver to move customer fleet vehicles between locations on the rental car lot and off-site as needed.

You will follow dispatch instructions, maintain strong customer service, and comply with safety requirements, background checks, and drug screenings. Pay is $17.50 per hour with a steady schedule and opportunities to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state issued Driver's License.
• Prior driving experience required.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test.
• Ideal applicants have open availability, a great work ethic, and are dependable.

Responsibilities

• Drive cars from one location to another on the rental car lot premises.
• Drive rental car returns to the car wash or quick turn area for cleaning and then transport back to the customer site for re-renting.
• Operate the motor vehicle in accordance with all company and customer policies and state laws.
• Respond to dispatch directions to deliver vehicles to the appropriate location.
• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Follow specific customer policies for preparing vehicles for rental.
• Meet productivity standards at the location and relocate vehicles as needed.
