Job summary

FleetLogix, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor in Eugene, OR to support the Site Manager by supervising Vehicle Service Agents, Drivers/Transporters and Leads, and by managing performance, scheduling and training to ensure standards are met.

You will cover for the Site Manager on days off, coach staff, and maintain strong customer service with clients. This role may involve both driving-related responsibilities and supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Applicant must meet our minimum hiring age.
• Valid state issued driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Prior driving experience required.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test.
• Ideal applicants have open availability, a great work ethic, and are dependable.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent flow of communication from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks.
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks as directed.
• Cover drivers/transporters, leads and VSAs when needed to fulfill customer needs.
• Interact with customer and attend meetings as needed.
• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Monitor employees to ensure on-task performance and safety.
• Observe and provide guidance based on job standards and policies.
• Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary.

Position Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.
