Job summary

FleetLogix, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Savannah, GA to support the Site Manager and supervise Vehicle Service Agents, Drivers and Leads. The role emphasizes performance coaching, scheduling, and customer interaction while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Site Manager as a second layer of supervision to site employees (VSA, Drivers/Transporters, Leads).
• Manage employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and guidance based on policies.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and supervise drivers and crews when needed.
• Interact with customers and attend meetings as required to ensure service quality.
• Maintain strong customer service and monitor safety and adherence to standards.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Position Responsibilities:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.

• Create a consistent flow of communicate from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks.
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.
• Cover driver/transporters, leads and VSA’s when needed to fulfill customer needs.
• Interact with customer and attend meetings with customer as needed.
• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Monitor employees to make sure they are staying on task and performing their jobs safely.
• Observe and provide guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.
• Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary.

• Move in and out of cars all day, as well as walking areas exceeding 100 yards multiple times per day.

• Use hands; fingers and arms to grasp, reach, stretch, carry, or lift.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
