Job summary

Mountainy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our DuBois, PA 3PL fulfillment center. You will lead a team of associates, ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time order fulfillment while partnering with management to hit performance goals.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM–2:00 AM, with starting pay of $22–$24 per hour. 3+ years in warehouse supervision, strong leadership, and WMS familiarity are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervision experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and fulfillment workflows.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and support a team of associates to meet performance goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop, document, and implement warehouse SOPs that improve consistency, safety, and efficiency.
