Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Exeter, PA distribution center. You will lead the 3PL warehouse team, drive daily shipping operations, and champion safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a background in supply chain or logistics and experience supervising diverse teams. The role requires flexibility across shifts and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
• Strong leadership with experience managing diverse warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the 3PL team including hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Ensure DOT and OSHA compliance and shipping best practices.
• Promote a safety-first culture through training and daily checks.
• Schedule management, workload assignment, and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate with fulfillment teams to plan daily shipping and meet goals.
• Oversee 3PL shipping operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve shipping issues and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain compliance with policies and SOPs; oversee 5S organization.
