Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift in Easton, PA to lead the PM order fulfillment team and ensure on-time delivery of orders. This role requires a strong leader with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, proficiency with a WMS, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a warehouse/light industrial team with a track record of strong leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads training and development of team members.
• Monitors and drives goals and performance metrics within SLA.
• Plans labor requirements with the DC Manager based on forecasts.
• Provides regular feedback on performance and enforces safety SOPs.
• Maintains safe, clean, and organized work/storage areas.
