Job summary
NRI Distribution is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead daily operations at our Easton, PA facility. You will manage Supervisors, coordinate with Client Services, and ensure on-time fulfillment while upholding safety and quality standards.
The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/3PL management, strong WMS skills, and a background in continuous improvement. You will drive staffing plans, budget adherence, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain , Logistics, Business or related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of 3PL, warehouse or light industrial experience
- 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in a warehouse/3PL environment
- Must have physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk/stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, tolerate dust/noise/heights
Responsibilities
- Accountable for operations performance within a designated facility.
- Prioritize workloads and plan production goals with Supervisors.
- Ensure resources are secured and available to achieve throughput goals.
- Lead Supervisors and build a strong team.
- Maintain a safe work environment with a culture of safety.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean projects.
- Manage and lead projects as assigned.
