Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center, LLC in California is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PM shift to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities. The RN ensures quality care in line with federal and state standards and reports to the Director of Nursing to maintain resident care and satisfaction. Must hold CA RN license and CPR, with at least 1 year LTC experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in California.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during the PM shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident care and adherence to care plans.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide training and leadership to nursing staff.
