Job summary

Harmony Park Ridge in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a PM Nurse Manager, RN to lead our clinical team. This role supports residents with medications and care plans, conducts assessments, and ensures high standards of nursing care.

The shift is 3pm–11:30pm, with opportunities for internal growth and ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will have an unencumbered Illinois RN license, at least 1 year in a Skilled Nursing facility, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing facility experience.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical department and supervise staff.
• Ensure residents receive medications and nursing care as per care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and advocate for residents.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN). One (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility and previous supervisory experience required.

As a Nurse Manager you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridge by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
