Job summary

Harmony Park Ridge is currently seeking a Treatment Nurse to join our caring team, providing skin treatments, charting, and resident assessments to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualified candidates will hold an Illinois RN license with CPR certification, have 3 years of RN/LPN SNF experience and 1 year as a CNA; apply to contribute to our high standard of resident care and opportunities for growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• Three years RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• One year experience as a CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments for residents and ensure comfort and safety.
• Obtain treatment orders from physicians and assist with care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and detailed charting/progress notes.

As a Treatment Nurse, your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridge by performing skin treatments for our residents, obtaining treatment orders from physicians, assisting with developing treatment care plans, performing resident assessments and providing detailed charting and progress notes. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois RN license and C.P.R certification. Three (3) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and one (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
