Harmony Park Ridge is seeking a PM Nurse Manager, RN to join our caring team in Park Ridge, IL. The role focuses on leading nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and coordinating medication administration per care plans.

You must hold an Illinois RN license with at least one year in Skilled Nursing and prior supervisory experience. Shift is 3pm–11:30pm; we offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN). One (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility and previous supervisory experience required.

As a Nurse Manager you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridge by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
