Harmony Park Ridge in Park Ridge, IL, is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse to join our caring team. You will perform skin treatments, obtain treatment orders, assist with care plans, and document progress for our residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and relevant Skilled Nursing Facility experience; CNAs with related experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Three years RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• One year CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments for residents.
• Obtain treatment orders from physicians.
• Assist with developing treatment care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and chart progress notes.

As a Treatment Nurse, your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridgeby performing skin treatments for our residents, obtaining treatment orders from physicians, assisting with developing treatment care plans, performing resident assessments and providing detailed charting and progress notes. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of IllinoisRN license and C.P.R certification. Three (3) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and one (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
