Job summary

DoubleTree Houston at The Galleria, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a friendly room attendant to stock linen closets, handle guest requests, perform deep cleans, and maintain hallways and service areas.

Responsibilities include removing trash, vacuuming, and assisting guests. Ideal candidates have 1 year of similar experience, willingness to work a PM shift, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Open availability for PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Stand for at least 8 hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience engaging with guests.

• Process guest request calls and deliver guest supplies promptly.
• Perform deep cleaning projects for corridors, guest rooms and back of house.
• Remove trash from service landings and loading dock area.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop corridors and stairwells.
• Remove linen and trash from check-out rooms.
