Job summary

DoubleTree Houston at The Galleria is seeking a hotel housekeeping team member to clean guest rooms, change linens, and provide turn-down service as requested. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexible availability including weekends.

Candidates with prior hotel housekeeping experience are preferred; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holiday pay, free lunch, and Hilton discount programs.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to push and pull at least 75 pounds.
• Able to perform repetitive motions; bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching and reaching.
• Able to stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours.
• Flexible availability to work any day of the week, including holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms including but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks.
• Provide guest turn down service, as requested.
