Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper for the DoubleTree Houston at The Galleria. Based in Houston, TX, you will lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, hire/train staff, and drive service standards across guest areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

You will manage budgets, inventory and labor while monitoring guest feedback and enforcing brand cleanliness requirements. Hilton experience is highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of previous full-service hotel housekeeping management experience.
• Flexible to work AM, mid-shift, PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Previous Hilton brand experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management to manage daily operations for housekeeping and laundry.
• Interview, hire, train, and provide open communication and support for all housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Enforce policies and procedures and hold staff accountable when performance expectations are not met.
• Manage department finances, including budget, inventory and labor.
• Review guest surveys, respond to unfavorable feedback and implement strategic plans to exceed brand cleanliness requirements.
• Inspect building cleanliness including guest rooms, corridors, guest lobby and employee areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.

DoubleTree Hotel & Suites by the Galleria, located in the upscale Galleria area is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Executive Housekeeper with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Required Skills and Abilities

• At least four (4) years of previous full‑service hotel housekeeping management experience.
