In this role, you will:

• Provide turndown service by partially removing and storing bedspreads, replenishing amenities, linen, and supplies.
• Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly returning lost items or items left behind.
• Prepare carts with all necessary supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness by dusting, disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms, and refreshing linens and towels.
• Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry loads up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull carts weighing 50-100 lbs.
• Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods, work in confined spaces.
• Meet cleaning deadlines, typically cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms per day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
