Job description

Position: Organizing Assistant

Hours: Flexible, approximately 25 hours total during weekdays (8:30 AM - 5 PM). Options for fewer, longer days or more frequent, shorter days. Open to one or two persons working together. No evenings or weekends.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Number of Positions: 2

Position Summary and Job Duties:
  • Assist with organizing and updating rooms, including turning an office into a guest bedroom.
  • Tasks include sorting, filling boxes, moving furniture, tidying rooms, and pulling weeds if time and weather permit.
Additional Details:
  • No car needed; location is approximately 2 blocks from UW Hospital near a bus line.
  • Parking is available and may be useful for transporting items to dump or charity.
  • We have two friendly dogs.
