Job summary

Four Seasons in Orlando is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor for overnight shifts. You will lead a team, supervise cleaning and sanitation of ovens, kettles, and kitchen areas, and ensure adherence to health standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, flexible weekend/holiday availability, and fluent English. You will coordinate weekly work plans, support training, and uphold the brand's commitment to outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment, plus drains, sinks, floors and walls.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using correct solutions and processes.
• Report damaged items and coordinate safe storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Understand Florida Health code standards.
• Plan weekly work assignments and support training and disciplinary actions for overnight stewards.

The Opportunity :

Stewarding Supervisor (Overnight)

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide leadership support in our Stewarding department across the Resort. Supervisory experience preferred. This position will have a strong emphasis on the overnight .

Responsibilities :

• Incumbents should have a strong understanding of night cleaning style work as well as operations. The basic functions of this positions are to assist staff in cleaning and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, sweep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions and process.
• Reporting any damaged or excessively worn pieces for repair. Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing.
• Knowledge to the State of Florida Health code standard.
• Planning and organizing their week work assignments, tracking any day-to-day opportunities, make recommendations in regard to training, performance evaluations, and discipline for overnight stewards/ night cleaners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
