Job summary

Four Seasons Orlando is seeking a Lobby Bar Server Assistant (On-Call) to support dining services at the Lobby Bar. The role requires 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, and delivering food with accurate descriptions, while maintaining expo line cleanliness. Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are required.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar , who has 1 -2 years of Food & Beverage experience. The Lobby Bar is the perfect place to meet for drinks, imaginative appetizers and sweet specialties from our pastry chef.

What You Will Do:

• Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience
• Clear and reset tables according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line
• Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description
• Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef

What You Bring:

• Strong food knowledge
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule and Hours:

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening availability is required.
