Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R/Physiatry clinician for a designated SNF/post-acute rehab setting in Cedar Park, TX. This full-time W-2 role offers autonomy, a flexible workflow, and opportunities to lead clinical care.

You will collaborate with PCPs and rehab teams to optimize patient outcomes, pursue CRC education programs, and advance to leadership roles within a growing practice.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner/APRN/ Physician Assistant required.
Texas Licensed to practice in the U.S.
Ability to work in the U.S.
Post-acute space experience preferred
40 hours/week

Responsibilities

Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
Represent CRC in your facility through clinical leadership and collaboration.
Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF conditions such as CVA and post-op cases.
Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve function and quality of life.
Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
Engage in ongoing education and culture-building activities.
