Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Gallup, NM seeks a Part-time PM&R Clinician to deliver specialized rehabilitative care within a designated SNF/post-acute center. You will lead clinical efforts, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and promote patient independence in a post-acute setting.

The ideal candidate has SNF/post-acute experience, licenses for NP/APRN/PA in NM, and the ability to work autonomously while supporting CRC’s culture of excellence and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Post-acute SNF experience preferred.
• Autonomy to manage clinical duties.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with strong clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage conditions common in SNFs.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve patient function.
• Follow therapy patients to track their progress.
• Engage in culture building and ongoing education with monthly didactics.
