Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a NP/PA/PRN clinician to provide specialized PM&R services in a designated SNF/post-acute center in Chico, CA. You will collaborate with the post-acute therapy team and PCPs to optimize patient function and independence, while maintaining clinic autonomy.

The role offers flexible hours around a 9 AM–4 PM window, generous benefits, and ongoing education support as CRC grows.

Qualifications

• CA license required and ability to work in the U.S.
• Experience in post-acute/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services in a SNF/post-acute center.
• Lead care with interdisciplinary team and PCPs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Support documentation and compliance.
