Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Clovis, NM seeks a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver rehab services in a SNF setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, lead patient care, and contribute to ongoing education while maintaining flexible daytime hours.

Must hold NP/PA license, NM license, and be eligible to work in the U.S. Experience in post-acute care is preferred; 100% malpractice insurance is provided and a laptop is supplied.

Qualifications

• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a facility setting.
• Strong communication with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as rehab consultant in SNF.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and care teams.
• Support PCPs in management of common SNF conditions.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP for patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing education and culture-building activities.
