Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in La Plata, MD seeks a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to treat patients exclusively at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. This full-time, 40-hour W-2 role offers autonomy, flexible hours around 9 AM–4 PM, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring post-acute experience, MD/PA/NP licensure in Maryland, and a passion for geriatric rehabilitation. Includes solid benefits, generous PTO, and professional development options.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA license.
• Maryland license.
• Experience in post-acute space preferred.
• Ability to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve function and QoL.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress.
• Assess and manage barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy and internal medicine.
• Engage in culture-building and ongoing education.
