Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a qualified NP/PA PM&R Clinician to provide specialized rehabilitation services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Washington, NC. You will collaborate with the post-acute therapy team to optimize patient outcomes and independence.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassion for geriatric patients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC with strong clinical leadership in the facility.
• Collaborate with PCP and therapy teams to manage SNF patient care.
• Engage in culture building and ongoing education with Regional Team.
