Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Bowie, MD seeks a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver specialized Physiatry services at designated SNF/post-acute centers. You will lead care within interdisciplinary teams, ensuring patient independence and optimal rehabilitative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NP/APRN/PA license in Maryland.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Strong patient care and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve function.
• Track patient progress through therapy.
• Address barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings to bridge therapy and internal medicine.
• Engage in culture-building and monthly didactics.
