Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician to deliver Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services at SNF/post-acute rehab centers in Hot Springs/Amherst, VA. This full-time role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

You will lead care alongside PT, OT, and SLP, help manage common SNF conditions, and participate in ongoing education and regional team activities. A physician-owned group supports clinician leadership and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP/PA license and Virginia license.
• Post-acute/SNF experience is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and QoL.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress.
• Assess and manage barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
