Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a Nurse Practitioner/APRN or Physician Assistant to provide PM&R/physiatry services at designated SNFs in Providence and Bristol, RI. You will work with the post-acute therapy team to optimize rehab outcomes and promote patient independence, with autonomy over daily workflow.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner/APRN/ Physician Assistant qualification required.
Rhode Island license required.
Ability to work in the U.S. is required.
Post-acute care/post-acute space experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant in SNF/post-acute settings.
Lead and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in the facility.
Support management of conditions common in SNFs and post-acute care.
Partner with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to culture and education.
