Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a part-time PM&R clinician in Brewster, MA to provide specialized Physiatry services at a SNF/post-acute rehab setting. You will collaborate across disciplines, lead care plans, and support patient independence.

The ideal candidate holds a NP/PA/APRn license in MA, can work in the U.S., and is experienced in post-acute care. Flexible hours and strong team support help balance patient care with professional growth.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA license required.
• Massachusetts license required.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• Post-acute space experience preferred.
• Strong patient-care orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams on SNF/post-acute conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture-building.
