Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is seeking a Part-time PM&R Clinician in Brewster, MA. You will provide Physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold NP/APRN/PA licensure in Massachusetts, with post-acute experience and a patient-centered approach. Hours are typically 9 AM–4 PM on weekdays, with a flexible, supportive work environment and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Experience in post-acute space preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a SNF/post-acute setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for geriatric patients.
• Willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF patient management.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Track patient progress and assist in therapy discussions.
• Bridge therapy and internal medicine through multidisciplinary meetings.
• Participate in culture-building opportunities and ongoing education.
