Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a Part-time NP/PA/PM&R clinician to provide Rehabilitation services at designated SNFs in the Dayton, OH and Xenia, OH area. You will collaborate closely with the post-acute therapy team to optimize patient independence and functional outcomes.

The role offers autonomy in daily workflow, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including malpractice coverage, CEU opportunities, and a 401(k) plan. Prior SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NP/APRN/PA license and Ohio license.
• Ability to work in the U.S. and post-acute/post-acute experience preferred.
• Comfort working autonomously in SNF/post-acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility through clinical leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage conditions common in SNFs such as CVA and progressive neurological conditions.
