Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks an NP/PA/PM&R Clinician to provide PM&R services in a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. You will work with the post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence.

Located in Cincinnati/Lebanon, OH, this 32-hour, W-2 role offers a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, generous PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must hold NP/PA/APRN license and Ohio license, with ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Post-acute/post-acute care experience preferred
• Empathy and compassion
• Ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant
• Collaborate with facility care team and PCPs
• Support management of SNF conditions such as CVA and postoperative ortho surgeries
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine
