Job summary
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized rehabilitation services at designated SNF/post-acute centers in Sarasota and St. Petersburg, FL.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient independence and outcomes. We offer a physician-owned, growth-oriented environment with training, flexible hours around 9 AM–4 PM, and substantial education reimbursement along with a virtual scribe support to streamline documentation for clinical
Qualifications
- NP/ANP/PA license required
- Florida license required
- Ability to work in the U.S.
- Post-acute space experience preferred
- Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant at SNF/post-acute center
- Represent CRC with strong clinical leadership within facility
- Collaborate with PCP and interdisciplinary care teams
- Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function
- Track patient progress and therapy response
- Address barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues)
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine
- Participate in ongoing education and regional didactics
