Comprehensive Rehab Consultants invites a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide rehab services at designated SNF/post-acute centers in Maine. You’ll collaborate with PT/OT/SLP teams and PCPs to optimize function and independence for geriatric patients, with a focus on neuromusculoskeletal care.

The role is full-time, 8-hour shifts around 9 AM–4 PM, five days per week, with a competitive salary starting at $115,000 per year, generous bonuses, and extensive benefits including education reimbursement,

Competenze

• Nurse Practitioner, APRN or PA license is required.
• Maine license is required.
• Ability to work in the U.S. is required.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and facility staff.
• Coordinate with PCPs to manage common SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
• Assist with documentation and care planning.
