Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver specialized Physiatry services exclusively at designated SNFs or post-acute rehab centers in Brownsville, TX. The role emphasizes autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and leadership within the facility team.

You will work with post-acute geriatric patients, partnering with PT/OT/SLP teams and PCPs to optimize recovery, manage pain and mobility, and promote independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP/PA/APRN in Texas and eligible to practice in the U.S.
• Experience in post-acute/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams in SNF settings.
• Coordinate with PCPs for management of SNF conditions.
• Support therapy team to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
• Engage in ongoing education and certification opportunities.
