Job summary

The University of Colorado School of Medicine, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, seeks an NP or PA at the Instructor rank to join the adult health team across Highlands Ranch, Inverness, and Lone Tree. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities include clinical practice, patient education, and triage with EPIC; teaching opportunities, research involvement, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary rehab team are available.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current license
• Master's in Nursing or PA program graduate
• Current BLS certification
• On-site work in Denver, CO
• Commitment to teaching and team-based care

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive spine and rehabilitation care (minimum 8 clinic sessions/week)
• Coordinate follow-ups with patients, families, PCPs, staff
• Arrange PT/OT/nutrition/orthopedics referral
• Participate in teaching, research, and scholarly activities
• Manage EPIC in-basket triage for attending providers
• Attend academic department meetings and grand rounds
• Collaborate with other APPs for coverage
