Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Instructor rank to join the adult health team at CU Hospital. The APP will provide clinical care, triage messages, and patient education with teaching and research opportunities.

This full-time position is based on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado, with responsibilities spanning patient care, education, and interprofessional

Qualifications

• NP: Master's degree in Nursing and current NP license.
• PA: Graduate of PA program with PA-C license.
• Current BLS certification or within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to spine and rehabilitation patients (min 8 clinic sessions/week).
• Coordinate follow-ups with patients, families, and other care teams.
• Support teaching, research, and professional development activities.
